About

our history

Founded in 1962 by Sam and Angelo Spagnoli, S & S Homes is a third-generation family owned and operated custom builder, turning dreams into reality. In addition to several developments in the Plymouth and Northville areas, S & S Homes also specializes in custom homes and renovations.

S & S has exceeded customers expectations and won awards over the years by emphasizing meticulous and personalized planning, and by using only the highest quality materials. At the core of our success is our dedication to building and maintaining relationships with everyone involved in the building process — including suppliers and their employees.

Every project is personally crafted from start to finish by the Spagnoli family. One of the few builders in Michigan to survive several recessions, each build reflects the pride, passion and craftsmanship of the Spagnoli name.

what our clients
are saying

“In 2013 we purchased a beautiful 2800 square foot two story home built by Tony Spagnoli and S & S Homes in Brighton. We were very impressed with the home for its quality, price and workmanship. After meeting Tony it became very apparent that he took a tremendous amount of pride and stood by his work.

As with any new home, we have had a few minor issues and Tony was on top of each one. Tony kept his promise. He even fixed an issue that wasn’t his responsibility. If you are looking for a builder that produces high quality homes, stands by their work and will make you feel comfortable during the process, S & S Homes is a fantastic choice.”
